Terms of Service

• An order is confirmed when we accept it — by call, WhatsApp or its status changing to Confirmed on your order page.
• Stock is reserved when you place an order. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we'll offer an alternative or a full refund.
• We may decline or cancel orders that look fraudulent, have obvious pricing errors or can't be delivered — any payment is refunded in full.

Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Component prices move with the market; the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

• Cash on delivery (orders up to Rs 500,000), bank transfer, online payment (card, bank account, JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast) and your wallet.
• Bank-transfer orders are dispatched once the transfer clears; online payments are confirmed with the bank before your order moves ahead.
• Wallet balance is store credit: it can be spent on orders on this site or at our store, but can't be transferred to another person or withdrawn as cash.

Builds from the PC Builder are checked for compatibility automatically, but final compatibility, availability and price are confirmed by our team. Quotes are valid for 3 days. A custom build goes into assembly only after you confirm it.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself — you're responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

We're responsible for delivering what you ordered in the condition described. We're not liable for indirect losses such as lost data, lost earnings or downtime; our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Pakistani consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Rawalpindi.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
