• Account details — if you create an account: your sign-in email, saved address, wishlist, order history and wallet transactions.
• Payment evidence — bank-transfer receipts you upload for wallet top-ups, kept privately and visible only to you and our staff.
• Messages — what you send us on WhatsApp or by phone about an order.

Online payments are processed by our licensed payment partner in a secure window. Your card number, CVV and banking passwords go straight to them and never reach or are stored on our servers. We only receive the payment result and a reference.

• To run your account and wallet, and to prevent fraud and misuse

Only with the people needed to complete your order:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers that run this website, under confidentiality
• Authorities, when the law requires it

We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

We use only what the store needs to work — no advertising or tracking cookies:

• A cart cookie, so your cart is still there when you come back
• A sign-in cookie, if you have an account
• Browser storage for your theme choice, and your wishlist and compare list while you're signed out

Order and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Account data stays while your account is open; ask us to close it and we remove what we're not legally required to keep.

You can see and update your details any time in your account. To get a copy of your data, correct it or have it deleted, message WhatsApp 0311 5226682. We'll reply within 7 working days.
